Grind Coffee (grindcoffee.com) is working with New England based offices to enhance culture through coffee and artisanal beverages.  We are the only New England office coffee company that owns and operates our own roastery, making us the best option for innovative offices looking to upgrade their coffee programs.  


Grind provides a wide variety of  locally roasted hot coffee as well as a rotating selection of innovative cold brew beverages.  We provide a completely outsourced service, state of the art equipment, and the experience of a cafe steps away from the employee's desk.   


Grind Coffee (grindcoffee.com) is looking for a sales professional to increase our office coffee client base in New England. The account manager will be responsible for for the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, on-site tasting and presentations, proposals, price negotiation, and equipment recommendations.  



Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a born hunter and networker.  The candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as a working knowledge of b2b sales.  Ability to thrive in a fast paced, self-starting environment is a must.  Successful account managers will entrench themselves in the Boston business community.  He/she will have a passion for helping offices create better work environments.  


  • 2 plus years b2b sales experience required
  • bachelor's degree
  • valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Will have sales and coffee coursing through their blood 
  • Proven track record or creative sales process
  • Office services sales a plus
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and buyers in the office food and beverage space
